Property crime stats for Ashburton: November 2021.
Theft and Burglary is up 46% compared with Nov 2020; what do you think is driving this?

**Tinwald residents please be aware, your area is showing the highest rate of property crime in Ashburton.

Tips to reduce property loss:
- Keep keys inside, lock vehicles and doors.
- Put away valuables and new Christmas toys etc at night, inside or in your garage.
- Close gates.
- Park off street where possible.
- If you have an alarm use this, and ensure it is monitored to communicate with you when you are not home.
- Consider installing an alarm / servicing your alarm.
- Consider adding driveway beams, these can wake you if someone enters your property and notify you of entry when you are away.

Renovations underway and Fire Alarm system complete at this multi floor accommodation building in Methven.

Required urgently, this system moved from design to Council sign off in just 2 weeks!

Installed:
Type 5 Fire Alarm with enhanced smoke detection, with local hush buttons for each apartment.

This unique system features combination detector / speakers to minimize the number of devices installed per room, reducing unsightly retrofitted cable and lowering expense for the client.
