Let me introduce you to Rico Pludthura from Royal Oak Intermediate, young entrepreneur extraordinaire. He has produced a video for my website about how to hire good people. A question I keep getting asked is what is your process for coaching a small business?

Well, the answer to that is that we start with undertaking a half day strategic planning session where we understand where the business is at and where it wants to get to and then develop a plan with the business owner about how the business is going to get there.
