Calm under pressure. Safety first. A well-deserved thank you. 👏🧡

When faced with someone behaving aggressively and threatening members of the public, one of our officers assessed the situation, maintained a safe distance and promptly contacted Police.

After reviewing the footage, our client shared this feedback:

“I have looked at the video of this incident, and the guard performance was excellent.”

He also asked that his thanks be passed on to the officer — something we’re very happy to do!

A big well done to our officer for showing sound judgement and keeping safety at the heart of their response. Thank you also to Police for their prompt attendance and support.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Nathan Hauraki-Cray, our GM Operations, was named the 2026 NZSA Security Supervisor/Operations Manager of the Year at the NZSA awards last night🏆

With 19 years in the security industry, Nathan has built his career around strong leadership, supporting his people and continually raising the standard of service we provide.

This latest achievement follows Nathan’s success at the 2023 New Zealand Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs), where he won Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director — making this another significant recognition of his contribution to the New Zealand security industry.

Nathan will be the first to say that awards like these are never achieved alone. They reflect the incredible people around him, and we know how proud he is of the team he gets to work alongside every day.

We’re also extremely proud of Daniel Malan, National Manager – Technical Services, who was a finalist for Design and Support Electronic Sector Professional of the Year, along with all of our Global Security Solutions nominees. Being nominated and recognised amongst the best in our industry is an achievement in itself.
