Feeling Burned Out? So Is Your Team.

Do any of these sound familiar?
- You're exhausted, and you know the weekend won't be enough to recover for Monday.
- Your performance is slipping, or it takes more effort to maintain the same level.
- Your friends say you work too hard, and you're thinking about work even on your way home.

If this resonates with you, it sounds like you're heading into the weekend with burnout—and your team probably is too.

Burnout doesn't have a quick fix, but the best time to address it is before it happens. That's why it's crucial to identify it early and act promptly.

Here are three tips to help you and your team start tackling burnout, no matter when you notice it:

1) Talk to Your Team
What's causing burnout? What do they think will help? Is there something we can do today?

2) Delegate
Can you take some of the pressure off your people? Think about delegating workloads to allow for variety. Maybe even pick something up yourself!

3) Set a Good Example
Are you working late and skipping breaks? Are you feeling burned out? Chances are your team is watching and following your lead.
