There’s something different about mornings like this.

Sun hitting the panels early… knowing the house is already generating power for the day before most people have even had their first coffee ☀️

That feeling of free energy never gets old.

But what makes this one special, it’s not just about performance… it’s about how it looks.

Designed to complement the architecture, not fight it.
Clean lines. Low profile. Integrated into the build like it was always meant to be there.

This is how solar should be done.

No cookie-cutter systems.
No guesswork.
Just properly designed solutions that work and elevate the home.

If you’re building or renovating in Matakana / Omaha / Te Arai / Northland — do it once, do it properly.

Your power bill is NOT going down.

Read that again.

⚡ Power prices went up ~20% last year
⚡ They’re tracking for another ~20% increase this year

And it’s not slowing down.

Most people sit around waiting…
“Maybe it’ll stabilise”
“Maybe rates will drop”

They won’t.

Meanwhile every month you’re paying someone else for power you could be producing yourself.

This is why solar isn’t a ‘nice to have’ anymore — it’s a no-brainer.

✔ Lock in your power costs
✔ Take control of your energy
✔ Add real value to your home
✔ Future-proof your build

At LuxCo, we don’t do cookie-cutter systems.

We design solar properly based on your home, your usage, and how you actually live.

No guesswork. No generic quotes.
Just high-performance systems that make sense.

Lighting makes or breaks a space.

This isn’t just a covered outdoor area…
It’s a fully considered environment.

From the warm timber tones to the layered glow overhead every element here has been designed, not just installed.

• Feature pendants to create a focal point
• Subtle downlighting to highlight structure
• Ambient lighting to soften the space at night
• No harsh glare. No dead spots. No guesswork.

Too often we see lighting treated as an afterthought thrown in at the end of a build.
The result? Flat, clinical spaces that don’t match the architecture.

Good lighting design transforms how a home feels.
It adds depth, warmth, and brings the entire project to life once the sun goes down.

At LuxCo, we design lighting alongside the build not after it.

Because when it’s done right…
you don’t notice the lights you notice how the space makes you feel.

If you’re building or renovating and want it done properly from day one let’s talk.

Pointwells Solar Installation

Last week we took advantage of this lovely weather and installed a new solar installation for one of our local customers

This family has been experiencing power bills of $700 + a month and within the first week of installation already has back from the grid $124 worth of credits with export back to the grid and a net $0 power bill

I call that a major win

We are your Local solar specialist feel free to get in contact for more information to find out how we can help you lower your power bill

Recent project completion

Full design and build from the ground up for this customer which included full solar installation of 36 panels and 2 x Tesla powerwalls giving continuous off grid power that lasted a 5 day power cut - HOW GOOD 👌🏻

When you build your dream house and make it as lush as this you want to make sure you can use your areas in the event of a black out
