☀️ The Rise Energy team spent today at Sungrow's headquarters in Hefei, China.

Sungrow is one of the brands we back here in New Zealand, so getting to see how the products are actually made was something we'd been looking forward to. Neil Yang, their Channel Manager for Australia and New Zealand, and the technical team took us through the residential and commercial inverter production lines, and we watched a PowerKeeper battery come together from the very first cell through to the final quality checks. It's the kind of thing you just can't get from a brochure.

We also got an early look at what's coming next for the range, including the new EnergyBridge mini-gateway. We'll cover that one properly in an upcoming Rise Energy newsletter.

What stuck with us most was the conversation. The team there genuinely wanted to understand the New Zealand market: what our installers are dealing with, what customers want, and where things are heading. That isn't always a given with a supplier this size, and it's a big part of why we're proud to put our name behind them.
