After 2 years of planning, our new project overlooking the harbour in Northcote Point has finally begun. This 1990s pool and subterranean 4 bedroom 1 bath extension is being completely knocked down to the ground and rebuilt with a brand new concrete 20m x 4m lap pool + 4 bed, 1.5 bath extension. Talk about a giant! Image 1 shows the red line (existing) being demolished and the overlaid massive proposed pool and extension. @ Northcote Point
