With a Master of Education, Frances brings extensive experience across ECE leadership, cirriculum, compliance, and quality education. Even with a wealth of knowledge, it's her practical, relationship-based approach that really shapes the way she works with centres.

Frances is passionate about building strong relationships with teaching teams and helping them strengthen their practice, navigate requirements, and create positive outcomes for tamariki, whānau, and educators.

This is only 3 weeks away! If you own or run an ECE centre or centre group, this is where you need to be on Friday 16th of October! Not a conference. Not a workshop. A summit, where ECE's leaders come together as peers to think bigger and lead better 😃

Our very own Paula will be running a session about 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. She will be addressing the compliance areas that create the most stress (ERO reviews, licensing criteria, assessment and planning) - and showing how the best leaders integrate quality practice into the fabric of their daily operations rather than treating compliance as a separate 'add-on' task.
