We are a small family owned business with a part time position for a reliable keen person to join our production team in Henderson
A permanent position, 24 - 32 hours per week, starting in the New Year.
A position with plenty of variety and quality control responsibilities
Responsibilities include running our auto bottling plant and powder packing lines., QC testing and production planning. Some heavy lifting up to 25Kg.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, full training will be provided.
We operate under the Asure Qual programme and offer regular promotions to the right person.
Experience in the food/beverage industry is required. Our H/S programme requires all staff to be covid vaccinated.

After well over a year of testing and development we are releasing the first ever Multi Still to the NZ market, our Euro 1000.
This is a multi purpose which can be used as a stripping still , a refining pot still , a botannics still and a full reflux producing over 90% pure spirit.

Made from 304 Stainless Steel with a Pure Copper Copperhead. a Glass Refiner, and Reflux Tower packed with Copper Mesh and Rashig rings.
The , power pack, holds a wattage controller so the distilling speed can be controlled exactly whatever format you are running. Two fitted process thermometers give you constant details of how the still is operating and at the end a large bore drainage tap.allows coarse solids and mash to be easily emptied .

Each unit comes with full colour instructions and an instructional DVD.

Available in both 30L and 60L units.

🍀St Patrick’s Day 🍀

On March 17th, everyone is Irish!

St Patrick is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March. Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland died on that day. That the Irish for you!

We have some great Irish Stout beer kits and a fantastic Irish Cream liqueur mix so you can celebrate the day at home or out with your friends. You could even add some of our Flavour Burst Green food colouring to your favourite drinks to show people your passion for the day.

The Aged Premium range is not a replacement to the existing Premium ranges, but a new and completely unique product for the distiller who wants the very best. Each bottle makes 2.5L This range has undergone a special aging process that produces very smooth spirits with a lingering finish.
