Following a house fire, the Green Way team carried out emergency clean-up works to make the area safe and clear surrounding debris from the kerbside and roadway before school traffic and pedestrians returned for the afternoon.

It’s not often that the top of the building is the last part to come down! Due to its unique structure, the “diamond” from the top of the Hireace building in East Tamaki was the final piece to be removed. Green Way loves a challenge, especially when it gives the team the opportunity to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions safely and efficiently.

We’re proud to have supported Hawkins on the Elizabeth Rothwell Building refurbishment at Waikato Hospital.

From tender through to delivery, this project required strong communication, adaptability, and a consistent focus on safety and quality.

A big thank you to Michael Caldwell and the Hawkins team for the opportunity and the feedback.

From tender to delivery, the team has had excellent communication, high quality timely delivery and commercial accuracy. From the site team to the office, Green Way has always performed under tight deadlines and with a diligent work ethic.

I have been impressed with how the team responded to all the challenges that were thrown up by the ERB project, from unforeseen extras to additional safety controls, the planning and ex*****on of the work has been excellent. ARCPs and SWMS have been submitted in a timely manner as to prevent delays and initiate work on time. Onsite the workers maintained a high standard of safety from PPE to task analysis/ex*****on.

The company's leadership responded quickly to Hawkins feedback and did not shy away from raising standards even higher. I would be more than happy to continue using Green Way on all of our upcoming projects. "
