1. Scalability: Nimble enough to handle small order volumes just as easily as large volumes.

2. Visibility: Inventory levels are available, accessible and accurate at all times.

3. Fast Shipping: How quickly can your orders arrive with your customers? What'sWhat'sWhat's the most cost effective method to do so?

The record player was used as an analogy for "the more things change, the more they stay the same" before directing the recipient to use the QR code (some for the very first time!!) where they were served a personalised skit.
