Over more than eight years with the company, I have had the privilege of progressing through a range of roles, including Static Guarding, Comms Operator, Patrol Officer, Shift Manager, Operations Controller, and now Regional Operations Manager – North.
πŸ›‘οΈ Every role has strengthened my understanding of the security industry and deepened my appreciation for the dedication, professionalism, and resilience of our frontline teams.
🀝 Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to work alongside exceptional colleagues and mentors who have guided, challenged, and supported me through both personal and professional highs and lows.
