I endlessly watched videos on IG during lockdown. I found them incredibly soothing🤤 and quickly promised myself that as soon as life was "back to normal", that I would find a class, and I would give it a shot 💪🏽 and try something new... Well, here we are months later 🌊 and it was everything I hoped it would be 🤗 it was such a fun project. I can't wait to do it again!

This is my denial face - I am not really ready for 2020 😬 and to be honest, lately I have been so busy with work/ /responsibilities 🙃 that my self care has been lacking. Life is always a balance like that. It's like those sayings "you can only pick two; quality, speed, or cost"... Self care always seems to be the one that falls off my plate and the one I work on the hardest 🙏🏼 I need to get back in track 💪🏼⁣
I have started to do my stretching and again 🧘🏻‍♀️but not frequently enough, about 3 x a week, but I want to get back to daily practice. What are some of your favorite things to get you motivated? ⁣

We have completed our first trip around the sun🔅as adopted Kiwi’s!! It’s hard to believe that 1 year ago today, we started our big family 🌏 and moved from ⁣⁣
to ⁣🍊🥝⁣
⁣⁣
It has been a crazy year filled with a lot of laughter, , challenges, and most of all ✨We have grown so much as a family and It’s really exciting to see how well the kids have adjusted. Who knew that after a year we would have two small and in our family?⁣⁣

After an amazing year, and some encouragement from our friends, I would like to document a little more of our lives. I am excited to share that I am starting a little blog, where I can just add a little more than I would on an IG post ♥️⁣

always gives me the refresh that I need. Doesn't matter if it's 30 min away or 3 hours away, I always feel better when I step outside of my day to day environment. It refreshes my perspective, it recharges my energy, and it gives me the mental break to create more mental space to take on new projects. You don't have to far, just outside of our day to day environment to feel it 🧘🏻‍♀️💫

March is always a big month for me, for so many reasons. It's Sofía's (and my) birthday month, it's the anniversary of when I met the love of my life, and it's the month that I almost lost my life. It will be two years since my neck injury - two bonus years of life ♥️ reminds me that I have so much to live for, so much to see, and so much more to accomplish. In the last two years, we have moved across the world, seen some of the most beautiful places, and I began a new type of life, a new career, a new way of seeing life. I am so proud of what I have accomplished, but I know there is a lot more work to do, I know I have to keep working on myself so I can bring my best self forward everyday. So to have this little space on the internet to share and be inspired ♥️
