It’s not uncommon to work with owners who’ve ‘allowed ‘ themselves to become abused or bullied. In SME’s it’s executed with an air of familiarity though.

This behaviour is damaging you (the owner), other staff and the business.

Never a ‘good’ time to stare into this so get advice and fix it!

A key part of the Strategic Masterplan program is to engage staff, a critical resource.

Right now, many are struggling with an absence of skill so it becomes even more critical to invest and nurture existing people.

I’m sharing a story here of a client whose signed off on a 35% increase in resource/wages - a core way they will realise the continued growth in sales and profit that stated this year.

Greg and I stared into COVID, from last year, and decided we needed to go to new markets with a new offer.

This program has been piloted, and is also available, in 🇳🇿 if you know SME’s who’d derive value.
