This was my first week back at work after a two-week break. We were hosting our friends from Australia showing them our beautiful country from the water in New Zealand.

This week back has been extremely busy working on a couple demanding projects, in addition to getting organised for running my first group workshop for 2025.

I am passionate about making a difference, whether it is finding solutions to help clients get back time, empowering leaders and their teams, improving efficiencies, all with the goal of helping both people and organisations thrive.

At today's Time Management workshop, I had a very engaged group of Leaders, with one of the participants commenting: “I’ve been to a number of workshops, but this workshop is the first one I found where there were a number of gold nuggets, that’s practical solutions I can take with me and implement immediately.”

It’s now time to relax 🧘‍♂️ recharge ⚡️ and rejuvenate in my happy place, out on the water of course 🤩🥰💦 🛥️ 🏖️ 🏊‍♂️

✔️ Step 3 - Courage is initiated through action
✔️ Step 4 - Action starts with your first step
✔️ Step 5 - Build upon that step with your next logical step aligned with your S M A R T Goal
✔️ Step 6 - Continue progressing with deliberate steps until you’ve achieved your S M A R T Goal

I posted this on my personal page, but very apt to share here as well given Leadership and Business success all hinges on our interaction with others, be that of our customers, suppliers or employees.

I’ve been in business and worked with businesses owners and senior leaders for many years and I’m always astounded how long it takes for the switch to flip that if we do things for the right reasons, to make a difference with the product or service we offer to others, our success comes in abundance. And this is part of our legacy we leave behind.
