I see this with bookkeepers who have built a team.

The work has been handed over, but every judgement call still comes back to them.

The team has the tasks, but they haven't been given the authority to make the decisions that go with them.

So the business owner is still involved in everything.

And suddenly the problem looks like a time problem.

But finding another few hours in your week isn't going to solve it.

Systems - Are you solving the same problems over and over again?
Growth - Are you building a better business, or simply a bigger one?
Leadership - Have you delegated the work but kept all the decisions?

Usually one or two of these are creating most of the friction.
