There is a way to get it done! You’ve just never learnt it. There is definitely a way to manage your emotions on a regular and consistent basis without cancelling out, covering up or negating how you feel or paying for professional feel good sessions. If the tools or techniques out there now worked you’d never concern yourself with how to overcome certain situations in your life. But thats not the case - We are concerned, we try to resolve ourselves the best way we can and if anything works its selective and temporary - At best its random. Recent Scientific Studies about how our emotion/mind/body system actually works provides us with new and factual information to construct approaches that work, can be maintained by us, and are sustainable.
