Today’s the first day of the 2000 Push Ups Challenge 💪
A few of us at pH7 have signed up, and we're kicking things off with a few reps in this video.

The goal is to complete 2000 push ups between 5–27 February, raising awareness and funds for mental health along the way.

We’re excited to be taking part in a challenge that represents a good cause and keeps us moving!

Merry Christmas from the pH7 team! 🎄🎅

It’s been one heck of a year, and we’d like to thank our distributors and partners for all your support.

As the year starts to come to a close, we took some time to celebrate the hard work across the whole team with a well-earned barbeque lunch and a Secret Santa gift exchange. Darryl also graced us with a showcase of his talent for making snails out of Blu Tack 🐌

You would think things might be slowing down with the holidays around the corner… but not in our warehouse!

A long-awaited glove shipment recently arrived and the whole team jumped in to help. Boxes were carried, gloves counted, shelves filled, and orders packed - all to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

A great moment of teamwork and a good reminder that every part of the business, big or small, plays a role in keeping pH7 moving and delivering on the standards we promise! 💪
