Creating Communities is incredibly proud to announce that its work on the Northern Glen Innes project has been recognised and rewarded with an Excellence Award at this year’s Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards. This annual event, held last Friday at a gala dinner at Spark Arena, was attended by 1,400 industry professionals and dignitaries, and celebrates the very best projects from around the whole of New Zealand across twelve categories.

When our project commenced we set out to help Glen Innes achieve its potential as a vibrant and desirable place to call home. Eight years on, and as we near completion, we believe that we have done our bit to help make Glen Innes a great place to live.
