The office manager is planning another holiday and she has contacted Sandi to make sure she is available to cover her while she goes on holiday. Previously when she returned from her holiday she found her admin office in a mess and a state of disaster. She had to spend numerous stressful hours sorting everything out to return to some form of order. So much for her holiday. She wished she had engaged a reliable and capable office locum to run the office when she was away.

A lady was going to sell her old home and buy a smaller place. Given the current market she will not gain much as her new home would cost all her proceeds from her current home leaving her to live on a tight budget. A better option is to rent out her large property and rent a smaller place as this will provide her with additional income for a more comfortable living. Jasmine advised her to take that option instead of selling the house. Getting the best solution for potential clients, even if it meant not getting immediate listing or sale is more important to Jasmine Masih of Harcourt Greenlane then earning a commission. Ben Cooper's (of Presence Design) Orange-Fronted Parakeet looks so good, Forest and Bird wants to print it on T-shirt's, as a part of a larger set.. It was originally a volunteer work done as a political poster for a Bird Of The Year Campaign. Check it out below.

Ben interest in graphic design stemmed from his days helping out his grand parents in their printing business, always wanting to be on the design floor. His love of creativity led him into the fields of web design, videography, photography and brand design, with a preference in graphic design as it gives a bigger scope for creativity.

He pursued his love of building his business through helping others build theirs lead to start Presence Design in March 2020 when his post university internship came to an end. It was rather quiet over the lock down period and now Ben's business is taking off in strength.

Ben is born and bred in West Auckland, educated in Rutherford College before attending AUT for his Bachelor of Business degree. His love of nature and environment has also led to his love for photography and spends his time pretending to be Attenborough and has previously worked on the Ethical Fashion Report.
