Due to our rapid growth and the popularity of our unique products, we have a one off opportunity for qualified builder to join our Auckland based team.
Your role as our Technical Trainer is to ensure that our Nu Wall product is installed to a consistent and high standard by our contractors and builders throughout New Zealand. You will work closely with our internal team along with our network of new and existing builders / installers based throughout NZ to ensure correct installation practices are followed.
You will be responsible for:
• Training builders onsite to proficiently install Nu-Wall
• Providing off-site technical advice and service to trade and specifiers
• Impromptu site visits and installation quality checks
• Planning and managing various projects at any one time
• Delivery and development of an effective training system and framework for builders throughout NZ
• Developing a national network of installation specialists
To be successful in the role you will need to have hands on residential building experience, an ability to communicate at all levels with builders, architects, management, to build brand awareness and build our network of preferred installers. You will also need a thorough understanding of the NZ Building Code and a sound knowledge of E2 / Waterproofing / flashings
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, high quality standards along with an ability to develop strong relationships to work closely with our installers guiding and developing their skills to ensure the delivery of quality installations every time.
