One of the best things about working from home for is that our mental health support team is always nearby.

Meet Steely the Cat and Daisy the Dog — proud members of the Konnect Support Krew.

Their daily responsibilities include:
• Supervising Teams calls
• Sleeping through most of the workday
• Judging our snack choices
• Providing silent emotional support
• Reminding us to step away from the screen (usually for treats)

Working from home can sometimes feel isolating, but having our furry companions close by makes a huge difference. Even if all they do is curl up next to us and sleep all day, there’s something grounding about their presence.

They might not answer emails or schedule interviews… but they’re excellent at reminding us to pause, breathe, and reset.

Every workplace should have a support crew like this.
