We are humbled to win this award and thank everyone , the project is recognised , in that we are humbled and honoured thank you and thank you MPI for strong support .
It was a privilege to meet  Bryan Wilson New Zealand Food Safety MPI , The project honours Nigel Lucas with out Nigel starting this where would it be Nigel Lucas 6-2-2020 thank you , and thank you Emil Murphy Nigel would be proud of you to take the batten to to finish line.
I thank my mentors Ben Bennett and peter Samson As a butcher on the chain and management thank you I’ll always know where my roots started.
