Exciting progress continues across our 62-lot residential subdivision project at 115 Park Estate Road, which has presented a valuable opportunity to deliver complex civil infrastructure while carefully integrating environmental and ecological considerations.
From the initial planning and detailed design stages through to construction, the project has involved extensive collaboration with a broad multidisciplinary team. A major milestone has now been achieved with Stage 2A nearing completion. Residential dwellings are now established and nearly complete within this stage, marking an important transition from drawings on paper to real world infrastructure.
Construction activities are also progressing well across Stages 2B and 2C, where extensive roadworks, stormwater drainage, Wastewater, Water supply infrastructure, common services, and retaining wall construction are currently underway. These works include both boundary and internal retaining structures designed to respond to the site’s topography while maintaining stability, functionality, and integration with the surrounding landscape. Throughout and ongoing construction, there has been a strong emphasis on quality assurance, construction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Auckland Council standards.
It has been rewarding to see the project evolve from concept and detailed design into a rapidly developing residential community. The progress achieved to date reflects the value of strong collaboration, technical coordination, and a shared commitment to delivering resilient and environmentally conscious urban development.
