COVID-19 Virus update (31-Mar-20)
Support continues, with all our people working from home.
Our priority continues to be to support our customers who service essential industries, such as Healthcare.
Please be assured that SmartTrade will continue to provide excellent customer support. As expected, there were a few minor hiccups, but overall the transition to remote support seems to have gone smoothly.
We’ve developed a COVID-19 SmartForm, it’s FREE
If your techs are visiting sites, you need to give your customers and techs ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE that you’re doing everything possible to minimise risk.
The COVID-19 SmartForm is a prototype, if you can suggest any way to improve it, we’d love to hear from you.
Your techs can email the SmartForm from their mobile device to the customer.
