Last Friday was one of those days that just filled my heart ❤️✨

Sitting in a room with business women 🤍🌺
All at different stages of their journey ✨

Some just starting with an idea 🌱
Others who have been walking in their business purpose for many years 💼✨

And watching them connect 🤝, open up 🤍, and support each other in real time so naturally…
that’s what Inailau is all about for me 💛✨

One of the ladies had a flat tyre on the way 🚗💥… but she still showed up 🙌✨
That touched me deeply 🤍

Because that’s what this business journey really looks like sometimes…
Showing up even when things aren’t perfect 💭
Even when it would be easier not to 🤍

That was my message today:
Have faith… and take action 🙏✨

Because God can’t move something that’s not moving 🤍
You don’t need to have it all figured out 💭
You just need to take the next step 💫

So grateful for every woman who attended our Inailau Coffee Connect last Friday 🙏💛✨

You reminded me again why I do this…
and why I love creating these spaces for business women to connect 🤍🌺✨

Blessed Easter my beautiful community 🤍✨

He has Risen.

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.”
— Matthew 28:6 (NIV)

This season always brings me back to the heart of everything…

That no matter what we walk through in life or business —
we are never without hope.

There are moments where things feel uncertain…
where we question the path…
where we feel like we’re starting again.

But through Him, we are reminded —
we are not starting from nothing.

We are rising.

Rising with grace.
Rising with purpose.
Rising with faith.

I pray this season brings you peace, clarity, and the courage to step into all that God has called you into.

With love always,
Jackie Curry 🤍

Blessed Good Friday 🙏

Isaiah 53:5 NIV
[5] But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed ✨️

She chose herself…
and that mattered 🤍✨

Now that we’ve moved into April, I’ve finally had a moment to pause and reflect on our Inailau IWD 2026 – Women’s Wellness Experience held on 21st March 🌺

And honestly… it was one of those moments I’ll carry with me for a long time.
Not because everything was perfect…
but because of what I witnessed in the room.

This event was about creating space for women 🤍
Space to pause 🌿
to breathe 🌬
and to reconnect with themselves

Because as women in business and leadership — we give so much
and sometimes forget to give to ourselves
For me, Give to Gain means this 💫

When we choose to invest in our wellbeing, our growth and our alignment…
we gain clarity, confidence and the ability to lead and live well 🤍

Women who allowed themselves to pause 🤍
To breathe 🌿

To come back into their bodies
Something that Gerardine spoke into so beautifully —
and something I know we don’t always prioritise as women.

And I saw it…
Busy women, high-performing women, giving themselves permission to slow down.

And I know from my own journey — that’s not always easy.

What stood out for me:
✨ Watching women give themselves permission to pause
✨ Real conversations that went beyond business into real life and lived experiences
✨ Seeing how naturally wellbeing and business can coexist when we allow space for it
✨ Experiencing true holistic wellbeing — caring for our bodies, our financial wellbeing, our mindset, our confidence, and stepping into leadership in our own lives
✨ Movement as healing — reconnecting with our Polynesian dance as wellness, not just performance — beautifully led through Charlene’s dance & movement workshop 🌺

🤍 With heartfelt gratitude:
✨ Our speakers — Gerardine Clifford-Lidstone, Angela Malakai Elle Wuthrich Theresa Alaimoana Belinda Jane Elisha Tamasi & Katerina Fatupaito & Charlene Tedrow 🌺

✨ Angela & Jenny for co-hosting and coordinating the event 🤍

✨ Our sponsors — Angela Malakai, Jennifer Filomena Matano, Bluwave, The Pacific Business Hub & my amazing EverySec VA Team for all the support with admin, social media & everything else in between to prepare for the event 🙏🏽

✨ Our stallholders & businesses who gifted prizes & gift bags 🎁

✨ Aki — for the beautiful Polynesian themed speaker gifts, each thoughtfully created with personalised messages 🤍

✨ Those who travelled from outside of Auckland — Tonga Lavemaau Robertson (Hamilton), Adi Warren, Marie Roberts & Soifua Tupou (Tauranga), and Gerardine Clifford-Lidstone (Wellington) 🌏

🌺 Special acknowledgement to Marie Roberts,
& Soifua Tupou of BOP Pacific Business Women’s Network, and Teuila Maggof & Rachel Afeaki Taumoepeau for our IWD collaboration across our Regions — such a blessing to attend your events in Tauranga Moana & Waikato the week before 🤍 (photos to come)

My dear friend Jenny Henry 🤍 thank you for your love, presence and support that week — it meant so much to me ✨

To every woman who showed up - thank you 🤍
If something shifted for you…
keep going ✨

Pacific business networks are not just about networking.

They are economic development. 🌺

This International Women’s Day 2026, I want to acknowledge some incredible Pacific women who lead business networks across Aotearoa and continue creating opportunities for others.

🌺 Dame Luamanuvao Winnie Laban - Patron of Wellington Pasifika Business Network
🌺 Salā Laura Keil-Hall - Founder of The Pacific Business Hub & Samoa Business Network
🌺 Rachel Afeaki Taumoepeau - Chairwoman of Waikato Pacific Business Network
🌺 Teuila Maggof - Business Navigator for Waikato Pacific Business Network
🌺 Marie Roberts - Founder of Pacific Business Women Network BOP/ Tauranga

In Samoa we say:
“E au le ina’ilau a tamata’i.”

A way of acknowledging the hard work and perseverance of women who serve their communities.

Because true Pacific leadership comes through tautua — service.

✨You serve first
✨You contribute
✨You uplift others

Leadership is earned through action, not just strategic positioning.

In 2024, I attended an inspiring Wellington Pasifika Business Network event where Luamanuvao Winnie Laban encouraged me to keep going with Inailau and expand our vision globally. I am so grateful as her encouragement helped me persevere and continue growing Inailau. 🙏

Earlier this year I also had the privilege of connecting with Pacific women leaders across the Central-North regions of New Zealand:
🌿 Rachel & Teuila – Waikato Pacific Business Network
🌿 Marie & Soifua – Pacific Business Women’s Network BOP/ Tauranga
🌿 Salā Laura – The Pacific Business Hub (Auckland)

From these talanoa we explored collaborative IWD events and stronger cross-regional connections for Pacific business women.

I’m looking forward to supporting the Waikato and BOP/ Tauranga IWD Pacific Business Network events this week, and welcoming some of the Pacific Business women from these networks to our Inailau IWD event on 21 March. 🌺

I also want to acknowledge our Pacific brothers who champion Pacific women-led businesses across our regions. 🤝

Building strong Pacific economies requires collective leadership from both women and men.

Because when Pacific women succeed in business, the impact goes far beyond the individual.
✨ It strengthens families
✨ It strengthens communities
✨ It strengthens our future

🌺 Tag a Pacific business woman leader and/ or Mentor who has supported your journey so we can acknowledge her today.

Her smile is bright. ✨

But her journey has not been easy.

🌺 Happy International Women’s Day 🌺

Today I want to honour our business women ❤️

Over the last few weeks of 2026, I have had the privilege of meeting with many beautiful Pacific business & professional women 🌺

We talked about:
✨ Business growth
✨ Business dreams & goals for 2026
✨ Opportunities for collaboration
✨ Family pressures
✨ Faith
✨ Responsibility — business & personal
✨ And the courage it takes to keep going

So many women are building businesses while:
🌺 Raising babies
🌺 Caring for parents
🌺 Supporting family members
🌺 Holding space for their communities
🌺 Dealing with the ups & downs of relationships, marriage, separations & single Mum life
🌺 Managing their own wellbeing

And still choosing to dream.
That is strength.
Not loud strength.
Not flashy strength.
Quiet strength. 🤍

The kind that says:
✨ “I will build something better for my family.”

Our women are powerful.
Not because they scale fast.
But because they provide stability, endure, adapt and rise. 🌿

Tag a business woman who carries more than most people see. 💛

🤍 If you feel called to dream bigger, align your goals, and build your dream business and life, I’d love to support you on that journey ✨
