We’re proud to be part of the journey at Karanga-a-Hape Station, supporting the City Rail Link project.

Su Kaur is celebrating an incredible 10-year milestone with FIRST Security.

Starting her journey as a guard, Su has steadily worked her way through the ranks, taking on a number of leadership and managerial roles along the way.

Congratulations to Talha Qureshi and Sadeque Syed – Field Staff Employees of the Year 2025

Well done Talha Qureshi and Sadeque Syed in Auckland for going above and beyond in the line of duty.

While on patrol, they came across a severely injured man lying unresponsive in the middle of the road with a serious head injury. Acting quickly, they called emergency services and immediately moved to divert traffic, preventing further harm.

Their calm, decisive actions ensured the man received urgent medical attention and was safely transported to hospital.

This is a powerful example of doing what’s right — stopping, checking, and helping when it matters most. The professionalism, courage, and care shown by Talha and Sadeque may well have saved a life.

Thank you both for your incredible actions. You truly are heroes.
