Their nurses can talk things through with you, and you can even share photos or videos, like what a rash looks like or how a cough sounds.

Other care options include:

• Ka Ora Telecare for rurally based people: 0800 252 672
• Talking with your local pharmacist
• Using an Online GP: Link in first comment
• Visiting your closest urgent care centre

Help is still there, even when some services are closed.
