🇮🇹 Before HOST Milano — when Aussies meet Italians, sparks fly (and pizzas bake)! 🇦🇺🍕

Just before 2025, we had a special visit at the - Forni per pizzerie factory from our good mates at Australia — straight from the land Down Under to Treviso!

Together we explored the latest innovations, including our pride and joy — the Cuppone Alpha – the world’s first “Foldable” Pizza Oven.
It slides through a standard 80 cm door like it’s sneaking into the pub after closing time, can be assembled by one person in about an hour, and knocks out 140 pizzas an hour without breaking a sweat.

Touchscreen controls, backup mechanical dials, rotating base, front service access — this thing’s more practical than a Swiss army knife.
Proof that when Italians build it and Aussies test it, you end up with something unbelievably good.

Massive thanks to Comcater for always being part of the family — full of curiosity, good humour, and a real passion for great food and great engineering.
