🤖 Everything DiSC: Engaging with AI Responsibly
AI is rapidly becoming part of the modern workplace, but there’s still a clear gap between employee adoption and organisational support.
Our latest Wiley Workplace Intelligence research, based on insights from 1,500 employees, explores how people are using AI and what organisations can do to support responsible adoption.
📊 51% of employees are already using generative AI at work, and 55% of AI users have a favourable view of the technology.
Yet only 20% believe their organisation is equipping them for AI success, and just 19% have received formal AI training.
The message is clear: successful AI adoption is ultimately a people challenge.
Three key insights stand out:
🔹 AI knowledge drives adoption
Greater AI literacy is linked to increased confidence, preparedness, and positive attitudes.
🔹 Experience builds confidence
The more employees use AI, the more positive and optimistic they tend to be about its potential.
🔹 Employees need organisational support
Many employees are developing their AI skills independently. Organisations have an opportunity to provide structured learning, clear guidance, and responsible AI practices.
As AI continues to reshape the workplace, organisations that thrive will be those that invest not only in the technology, but in the people using it.
Building the right knowledge, confidence, and human skills will be essential to making AI work effectively. 💡
