We lodged two applications on 5 October 2026 β€” a Partner of a Worker Work Visa and a Dependent Child Student Visa.

We had some hesitation about requesting a 6-month stay, especially because our client had limited home ties. But after carefully preparing the application and presenting the circumstances as clearly as possible, we decided to go for it. πŸ™

We were hoping for the full 6 months β€” pero sabi nga namin, kahit 3 months lang, we’d still be grateful.

FROM DECLINED TO APPROVED β€” 5-YEAR WORK VISA! πŸ‡³πŸ‡ΏπŸŽ‰

Our client is an offshore applicant who had previously applied for an Accredited Employer Work Visa, which was unfortunately declined by Immigration New Zealand.

After the decline, he came to E&E Immigration and trusted us with his new application. We knew this was not going to be a straightforward case. There was a lot of work to do and a lot of evidence to go through. We took the time to understand his circumstances and his employment history, reviewed the previous decline carefully, and started preparing the new application from the ground up. A big part of our work was gathering as much supporting evidence as possible. We worked closely with our client, went through the documents available, looked at what further evidence could support his case, and carefully organised everything before submission. We then prepared a detailed and cohesive cover letter to bring all of the evidence together and clearly explain his circumstances to INZ.

It took a lot of preparation, but today we can finally share the result:

A 5-YEAR WORK VISA APPROVED ! πŸ‡³πŸ‡ΏπŸŽ‰

Five years. What an outcome! Our client can now travel to New Zealand and start working for his accredited employer.

This is why we take our time when preparing an application, especially where there has been a previous decline. We do not just collect documents and upload them. We look at the application as a whole, understand what needs to be established, work with the evidence available, and make sure the case is presented to INZ as clearly and thoroughly as possible.
