Terms and conditions:
12:00 PM Cutoff Time: Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (NZST) on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) are eligible for same-day dispatch.
Artwork Readiness: To qualify for same-day dispatch, print-ready files must be uploaded and pass automated artwork checks by the 12:00 PM cutoff. Orders with corrupt files, missing artwork, or requested proof approvals may experience fulfillment delays.
Dispatch vs. Delivery: "Same-day dispatch" guarantees that your order will be fulfilled and handed over to our courier partner on the day of purchase. It does not guarantee next day delivery. Standard courier transit times apply.
Reduced Shipping Rates: Discounted freight rates automatically apply at checkout to eligible shipping zones within New Zealand. No promotional discount code is required.
Service Interruptions: Same-day dispatch is subject to courier operating schedules and peak seasonal volume. In the event of unforeseen delay, affected orders will be dispatched on the next business day.
