I specialise in working with and coaching the owners of trades-based businesses associated with the construction industry: builders, electricians, plumbers, HVAC and other specialist contactors. The typical business owner I work with loves what he does, is happiest solving technical challenges for his clients, but feels held back by all the other stuff that is essential in running a successful bus

That may be building a marketing and sales system, clients from hell who are over demanding and then slow to pay; staff who can’t come up to the owner’s standard of work and result in too many call-backs, or the demands of all the quoting and administration that keep you up all hours of the night.
