This 2-storey home in Omaha is located between a golf-course and the beach, it was designed to maximize views of both sides.
We strategically elevated part of the second floor creating unobstructed views of both the golf course and the coast overlooking the neighboring rooflines to capture every horizon.

We turned a single standalone-house in St-Johns and subdivided it into four modern two-storey homes. This project prioritizes privacy and spaciousness for every resident. Each house features their own yard space, a dedicated garage or carport, and up to 4 bedrooms.

We transformed this backyard into a stunning oasis, complete with all necessary resource and building consents. The project construction was completed this month. Some of the main features we included are an outdoor fireplace, swim spa, cooking area, outdoor shower and a veranda with operable louvres and glass wall partitions. Sharing one of our completed projects from a few years back - a single-storey home on a newly subdivided site in Glenbrook. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home was designed to work with the gentle slope of the land, creating a practical and well-balanced layout.

This 3-lot subdivision features residential stand-alone dwellings in Epsom. The site was a challenge due to its irregular shape and dual road access - but we made it work while focusing on privacy. Two out of the three homes are now complete, with the final one currently under construction. 🔨The renders show an alternative grey and white scheme we explored. 🏠
