We’re currently working on a house reclad project in Epsom, helping to address existing weathertightness issues while giving the home a fresh new modern look.

If your home is showing signs of leaking, moisture damage, or other weathertightness concerns, a well-planned reclad can help protect your home and improve its appearance.

Reimagining a neglected building into a fresh neighbourhood cafe. The design retains the existing green facade, anchoring the entrance with bold black blockwork to create a stronger street presence. Inside, the design stays simple and minimal, using rich timber and natural light to cultivate a warm, cozy atmosphere. ☕🥐

Making small alterations can completely change how a home feels. In this house we extended the entry, opened up the kitchen and dining, and tucked away a beautiful scullery and connecting w**e room. Small footprint changes, massive lifestyle impact. Design is in the details! 🥂✨

Our latest project involved optimizing an existing site by adding two additional standalone dwellings. We had to navigate a steep sloped site alongside a very narrow driveway corridor, which made designing a functional vehicle access and parking a challenge. 🚘

By addressing these site-specific constraints early in the design phase, we engineered a solution that ensures seamless vehicular circulation and optimal building placement without compromising on liveability or design integrity. 🏡

Construction is about to start of this large-scale industrial warehouse after obtaining consent, optimizing its extensive footprint. 🏗

On the exterior, a comprehensive reclad and the addition of expansive new windows, transitioning a dated industrial shell, into a welcoming, light-filled environment. 🌞
Inside, the design maximizes the immense scale by introducing office spaces and upgraded amenities, all while preserving the raw, spacious character of the original structure.

To come up with the design we worked closely with the client to come up with a practical solution that suited their workflow, understanding how this warehouse operates.

Designing for a corner lot always brings its own set of unique puzzles, but the results are so rewarding. We’ve maximized this space to create 7 new modern townhouses in the heart of Panmure.
Each house has its own private outdoor area and high-quality living spaces. 🏡

This 2-storey home in Omaha is located between a golf-course and the beach, it was designed to maximize views of both sides.
We strategically elevated part of the second floor creating unobstructed views of both the golf course and the coast overlooking the neighboring rooflines to capture every horizon.
