Our latest project involved optimizing an existing site by adding two additional standalone dwellings. We had to navigate a steep sloped site alongside a very narrow driveway corridor, which made designing a functional vehicle access and parking a challenge. 🚘

By addressing these site-specific constraints early in the design phase, we engineered a solution that ensures seamless vehicular circulation and optimal building placement without compromising on liveability or design integrity. 🏡

Construction is about to start of this large-scale industrial warehouse after obtaining consent, optimizing its extensive footprint. 🏗

On the exterior, a comprehensive reclad and the addition of expansive new windows, transitioning a dated industrial shell, into a welcoming, light-filled environment. 🌞
Inside, the design maximizes the immense scale by introducing office spaces and upgraded amenities, all while preserving the raw, spacious character of the original structure.

To come up with the design we worked closely with the client to come up with a practical solution that suited their workflow, understanding how this warehouse operates.

We strategically elevated part of the second floor creating unobstructed views of both the golf course and the coast overlooking the neighboring rooflines to capture every horizon.
