The new standard for Testing and decontamination of m**hamphetamine-contaminated properties has been released today.

On Monday the 3rd we will be presenting at Raywhites Landlord evening about how the new changes will affect the industry and what they mean.

The biggest change is the raise in the acceptable contamination levels of m**hamphetamine within an affected high use area. The old level of 0.5ug/100cm2 has now risen to 1.5ug/100cm2 and is 3.8ug/100cm2 for a non-inhabited area.

There of course are many other changes such as operating samplers and decontaminators needing to be accredited and the process and ways the procedures are carried out.

This is going to give our industry some much needed regulations.

Please feel free to ask any questions!
