Being a woman in business is a funny grey area, and honestly we were SO tired of pretending to rooms full of people that we had it all figured out. We were tired of showing up to networking events pretending our business was totally polished when everything behind the scenes felt messy. Tired of not having a single space where we could just be honest about what building a business actually feels like.

So we created one! And three years, 40 global hubs, hundreds of women and more real, raw and human conversations than we can count later, we still show up the same way we always have.

No masks, no performance and no hierarchy. Just two women who genuinely hand on heart, want to see every woman in this community win. We started as one networking hub in Long Bay, a handful of brilliant women and an absolute fire in our bellies about what this could become. It was a gap, a huge real one, and we were going to fill it.

Women kept coming. Then they started asking "Is there something near me? In my city? In my country?" Every time, the answer was "not yet, but watch this space."

Today, Empower Her Community has 40 global hubs. FORTY!

We are three years into this journey. Three years of businesses built, confidence found, friendships formed, and doors opened that wouldn't have opened any other way.
