Make sure you have the right policies, well communicated to your people, that make it really clear where "the line" sits for your business or organisation.

There's been a lot of furore about Employers taking advantage of the recent changes in employment legislation with respect to Meal Breaks.
I think most Employers understand they have an obligation to provide adequate breaks; the changes are all about flexibilty, not the deterioration of working conditions.

The changes to the rest and meal break provisions balance the importance of these breaks for employees with the practical needs for each workplace.
