"A hand-picked, hands-off expression. While there’s a hint of lively spritz
on entry, this is a rounded mid-weight style with enough residual sugar to curve the wine’s edges and provide a counterpoint to the vibrant acidity. Expect classic varietal flavours of lemon, lime and freshly cooked apple strudel as well as a note of dill, making me hanker for a side of salmon to accompany it." 91 points.
