The name Zephyr characterises the prevailing wind that complements Marlborough’s unique ripening season. Zephyr wines embrace the dynamic spirit of the Glover family and the lively aromatics of the estate vineyards. The Glover family vineyards, planted in 1985 alongside the meandering Opawa River, have inspired the family’s passion for wine.

8 Commonwealth Golds for NZ is no mean feat - so when our inaugural release of our Zephyr Blanc de Blanc won GOLD at the recent Decanter World Wine Awards – we were ecstatic. The Zephyr Blanc de Blanc was vision back in 2019 - 64 months on lees, Brut nature.
Created to celebrate life with family and friends; there was no better place than on the banks of the Opaoa River skirting our Dillons Pt Vineyards, at sundown with the full squad to toast to our award.

It's no secret that we love our Zephyr Gewürztraminer, homegrown on our Brawn Vineyard on Dillons Point in Marlborough. So, when our 2025 vintage was awarded GOLD at the this year we were thrilled that others agree us. Thanks to Luke and the team NZ Organic Wine Awards for creating a hugely successful wine awards that aims to find, and award New Zealand's best wines.
