Good Morning Focus followers. This is our April update. This month since harvest has been very quiet for our staff but the management team is very busy organizing teams, doing house improvements, getting vehicles ready, getting pruning gear ready, welcoming new groups arriving, getting groups ready for departure.
Group J has finally arrived last night after an Air New Zealand flight cancelation the day before.
Group I is departing Port Vila today and will overnight in Auckland before arriving in Blenheim tomorrow.
Group A is getting organized and doing last minute shopping before departing for Vanuatu next week.
Kana is busy checking houses and making sure everyone is being looked after and paid properly.
Brendon is very busy talking to clients about winter work and finding more new clients for Focus.
Mark is busy checking blocks and designing pruning specifications so that we can start pruning the first week in May.
Craig, well he is good at making a cup of tea haha.
RECRUITING UPDATE
All teams are full for this season so please do not ask us for work. In about 2 months we will start doing a standby list again but we will let you know when that time is. We are not taking any details or names until then so please be patient. We have a process to follow and a timeframe to do it in.
