Last month, we headed to the Future of Work event in Marlborough, alongside Ukko, to chat with young people about the career opportunities waiting for them across the horticulture and viticulture industries.

It was awesome to see so many young people engaged, asking questions, and exploring what's possible for their future.

A big thanks to the crew behind this event and to everyone who stopped by for a chat. We loved meeting you and hope to see some of you out in the industry soon.

The role works across Monarch Platform, supporting teams in the field across the North Island. Working closely with our field operations, you'll be keen to get stuck in, helping solve practical problems on the ground, and build relationships that matter.
