The crane lifts it, our team lines it up, and it gets fixed permanently to the piles below. Piles set at exactly the right height beforehand, barely any earthworks, and good ventilation underneath for services. Once it’s down, it’s as solid as anything built on site.

Most builders pick a SIP supplier based on price and delivery time, then find out too late that the paperwork wasn't there when they needed it. A proper BPIR, independent lab testing, and clear warranty conditions aren't optional extras. They're what protects you when council asks questions or something goes wrong on site.

Never installed SIP panels before? is one of the biggest reasons builders hesitate to take on a project, but it's not the barrier most people think it is. Installation follows clear guidelines covering everything from base plate setup to panel sequencing, and while we do offer hands-on training for active or upcoming projects, it's not mandatory to get started.

The one detail that actually matters: the airtight seal always goes on the interior face, never the exterior, get that wrong and condensation gets trapped inside the panel over time.
