Hindi ko akalain na ma eexperience ko ito. Yung hindi talaga ako mahilig sa wine dahil hindi ako mayaman in the first place. Pero alam niyo ba, I was given one of the best experience dahil na visit namin ang pangatlo sa pinaka the best at pinakamalaking vineyard at winery sa New Zealand? 🍷

Yung wines nila dito is handmade, sobrang sarap at sobrang lawak ng vineyard dito. Hindi ko natapos ng isang araw dahil sa lawak at katawan ko nalang ang bumigay. Hindi mo din basta-basta nabibili ang wines nila sa mga stores kundi sa farm nila mismo. 🍃

Aside from wines, they serve platters din plus may romantic accommodation din sila which is a unique wagon + if family naman kayo, pwede kayo sa loft kasi maraming bed at pwede e accommodate ang maraming sleepers. ❤️

Napakabait pa ng owners. Kaya kung gusto niyo ng romantic get-away, try niyo dumako dito. It’s just an hour away from Christchurch. And if mahilig kayo sa serene, lowkey at unique experience, this is a MUST TRY! 🫶

A special milestone for French Peak 🙌

After three years of careful vineyard management, patience, and dedication, we’re proud to share that French Peak is now a fully certified organic vineyard.

From nurturing healthy soils to encouraging biodiversity and working in harmony with the land, this journey has always been about producing wines that truly reflect the character of Banks Peninsula.

This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication and care of our vineyard manager, Renan, whose passion for the vineyard has been instrumental throughout the organic conversion process.

A special thank you as well to everyone who has supported and contributed along the way — this achievement truly belongs to the whole French Peak community.

We’re incredibly proud of this step forward and excited for what lies ahead 🍷

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Lola the Sausage Dog to stay in the French Peak Wagon, and it’s safe to say she approved of the vineyard views 🐶

Set on the edge of our vineyard, the wagon offers a peaceful escape surrounded by rolling hills, big skies, and total tranquillity — the perfect spot to slow down and soak up the beauty of the Peninsula.

Thank you to .thesausagedog for sharing this lovely glimpse of their stay. We love seeing guests (both two-legged and four-legged!) enjoying this special corner of Banks Peninsula.

Enjoy a guided tasting of all three French Peak Rosés — our elegant 2023 Rosé, award-winning 2024 Rosé, and our new naturally sparkling Pét-Nat Rosé — paired with complimentary local Akaroa salmon bites.

Rosé continues to be the fastest-growing wine style in New Zealand, and this is the perfect excuse to slow down, gather friends, and enjoy it in a relaxed vineyard setting.
