Authority thinking needs a place to live.

Over time, most senior professionals develop a body of thinking that sits behind their work. It shapes decisions, influences outcomes, and often becomes the reason others seek them out.

But that thinking rarely exists in one place. It’s spread across projects, conversations, presentations, and occasional posts. Useful in the moment, but difficult to revisit, reference, or build on. A book solves part of that problem by bringing ideas together in a structured way. But more broadly, what’s needed is a way to make that thinking accessible and coherent over time.

Big news — we're now publishers! After years of developing and delivering leadership and professional development programs through Mindshift Learning Company, we wanted to take our content further and make it available to a wider audience.

That vision sparked Mindshift Publishing, our new imprint dedicated to practical, human-centered skill-building for professionals and leaders. We’ll also be publishing books from other business leaders—sharing their expertise to help elevate skills and knowledge across their industries.

One-On-One Soft Skills Training on Zoom at a Great Discount, available through 31 January 2025

If you have any staff that need specific soft-skill training and have waited due to scheduling or price, we have a Zoom programme that could help. Doing the training on Zoom let’s us do sessions one-on-one with the facilitator, where in-person training that wouldn’t be economic. With this programme there’s no need to fill up a class with multiple participants.

From now until the end of January we’re offering any of our courses for $595 + GST per day, for one person, on Zoom (discounted from $795). This price is for the one-on-one session. If you have multiple people, we can talk about a further per person discount.

We’ve seen a trend lately for companies having us teach our ‘Train the Trainer’ course (please click on the link below to read/download the course description and outline). There are needs within this tight labour market to ensure that employees are properly trained to elevate productivity and teamwork - but also to enhance their personal perceived value within the company, leading to better retention.

There are many reasons why companies may want internal resources to train their staff:
· They’re already experts in their field
· They know the company culture
· Internal training can be cost-effective
· It’s a way to show appreciation and even unofficially ‘promote’ employees
· Training schedules can be more flexible
· It boosts cross-team collaboration

Our course is designed to help companies that need professional trainers who can develop and deliver professional and engaging presentations as soon as possible. The Train the Trainer course is designed for employees who are being asked to design and/or deliver training in the workplace. Participants learn about the learning needs and different learning styles of adults, planning and developing different types of training, along with delivering and assessing the success of the training.

For Team Coaching we have a new product that's focused on sales teams called the 'REACH Sales Development Companion.' With this service we use our personal style profiling system to understand how each team member can best contribute to the sales process and what training and coaching they may need to get them performing at their best. This is also a great product for smaller companies where most of the staff is involved in the sales process. The analysis can show who might best be the one to development the relationship with the customer and who might best be the one to close the deal, along with other processes.
