We are celebrating Matariki with this beautiful creation- KORU. It’s made with beautiful local produce Tī Ani - Wild & Organic Tea Kawakawa, Bee My Honey Manuka honey, Whittaker's Chocolate Lovers white chocolate and organic lemons from my own lemon tree 😊.
- kawakawa tea and Manuka honey panna cotta;
- Manuka honey, lemon and Whittakers white chocolate mousse;
- lemon joconde sponge;
- lemon cremeux.
