Elusion is very excited to bring a Christchurch Bull Breed Rescue dog home today from Tauranga.
Patrick was up for some weekend work at hos mum and dads and to catch up with his kids so when we heard a rescue needed a flight it was a win win.
Maggie was such a honey....handled flight like a expert.
$140 flight to find Maggie the perfect retirement home.

We hate to say it, but it is going to start to get chilly in Christchurch again soon, so what better time to raise some money for the dogs, than by doing a firewood fundraiser!!

Online raffles are a big no-no remember, so we are bringing back our CBBR Special Paper.

Every purchase of CBBR Special Paper goes into the draw to win a trailer load of firewood - ready to burn this winter!

The wood is a mixture of pine & willow, there is approx 3 cubic metres and we will deliver to the lucky winner within the Christchurch/Kaiapoi/Rangiora area, at a time convenient to both parties.

Elusion Electrical would like to let our valuable clients we are out of the country from January 31st unill 14th Feb.

Any deliveries we have family staying to house and animal sit so will be safe and sound untill our return.

Merry Christmas from the Elusion team. It's been huge this year with a new house, business address, preparing to be grandparents and of course breast cancer and puppy fostering in the mix. We wish all our valuable clients and families a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you all in the New Year. Our holiday hours are as always no power, no heating, no water will come out as urgent job 24/7 (call out fee applies) other urgent jobs triaged if there is need we will respond. Otherwise non urgent from the 10th of January. We wish to our biggest supporters Adler plumbing limited, Christchurch Bull Breed Rescue for all their support and of course our 4 children

Black Friday

It’s Black Friday apparently 🤷‍♀️ 🖤
Instead of rushing out and buying a whole bunch of crap that you probably don’t need, please think about donating a couple of dollars to an animal shelter instead. I can guarantee you every single animal shelter in the country is having the hardest year they have ever had.
Black dogs, for whatever reason, have the lowest adoption rates. Boris doesn’t understand why, he just wants to be your mate 🖤 He’s also Mr January in our 2024 Calendar, so if you want to buy something this black Friday, think about getting yourself one!

Today Patrick and the team at Elusion Electrical said goodbye to our foster dog Honey from CBBR
She has been with us for 2 weeks coming from living in a car in a less than ideal situation. She needed to learn not to bite for attention, how to have boundaries, how to sleep and most of all that cuddles are great. It's been exhausting to say the least but very rewarding.
In hindsite shouldn't have done it the week Shan had radiotherapy but when you get a message at lunchtime saying CBBR need help what eles would you do but collect Miss Honey at 6pm.
Elusion has a couple of charities we support , one of course being Christchurch Bull Breed Rescue .
Remember if your a CBBR supporter/fan we make a donation for every completed job so share among your animal loving friends.
This has been a really tough year financially for the CBBR team with a lot of puppies with high medical needs so if you think Honey is pretty go to their website and make a donation while your there.

Elusion Electrical wishes everyone a happy Father's Day.
We know it's a day of joy for most but pain for others.
Whatever your day we are thinking of you, be it you celebrated with your dad, your dad's in heaven or children elsewhere.
In our house we have the world's best step dad, real dad and dog dad. A man who stood up parented 2 crazy kids by choice, 2 by birth and Otto who loves him more than anyone. Thanks Patrick for everything you do for our family!
