People connect with stories, not sales pitches.

Every brand has a story - a narrative of overcoming challenges, innovating solutions, and delivering value to customers.

By sharing these stories, we do more than market products or services; we build relationships and foster a community. Authentic brand storytelling engenders trust, evokes emotions, and solidifies your brand identity in the minds of your audience.

Success is very rarely linear. You take a step forward, a few step sideways, and sometimes even a step back again in order to take the next step forward.

A big part of creating success comes down to planning (thinking, visualising and writing down your intent), as well as review and analysis (constantly reviewing what is working and what isn't).

If business planning, reviewing and analysing is not part of your current business process, we highly recommend you start! Small efforts made now will have a big contribution to the success of your business in future.

Focusing purely on your revenue targets is simply not enough.

So many business owners I know focus so much on making sales, which of course is important, but don’t focus nearly enough on the margins (both gross and net profit).

Let me put it this way – you could have $2,000,000 in sales, with a 10% GP margin, and your $200,000 in gross profit might barely cover your overhead costs.

You could have $200,000 in sales, with a 100% GP margin, and be in the same position.

Yes sales are important, but please make sure you focus on your margins too!

Being visible on search engines can mean the difference between thriving and just surviving.

Consider a software company that ranks on the first page for 'enterprise project management solutions.' They're far more likely to capture the attention of corporate decision-makers than a competitor buried in later search results. This visibility not only drives targeted traffic but also positions the company as a leading authority in their niche.

To boost your search rankings and visibility on the likes of Google, consider these straightforward SEO strategies:

→ Keyword Research: Utilise tools like Google Keyword Planner to discover what your audience is searching for. Focus on keywords relevant to your business.

→ Quality Content: Produce content that addresses your audience's pain points and answers their questions. Whether it's blog posts, downloadable resources or case studies, make sure the content is of value. This means keeping it informative and directly addressing their needs.

→ On-Page Optimisation: Ensure your website's meta descriptions, title tags, and headings include your target keywords. This helps search engines understand your content better.

→ Backlink Strategy: Seek opportunities for guest blogging or collaborate with industry partners to get quality backlinks to your site.

→ Website Performance: A fast-loading site keeps users happy. Check your website's loading speed with Google PageSpeed Insights and make necessary adjustments. This can drastically improve user experience and SEO.

Implementing these basic steps can significantly impact your SEO efforts, leading to better visibility and growth for your business. Get in touch if you need help with further info, implementation or auditing where your current SEO strategy is at.
