72 hours before auction we viewed the property… no lawyer, finance not fully in place, and a home that felt slightly out of reach, but none of us felt called to walk away.

We hustled. We believed. We pushed. And we showed up anyway.

Urgent calls to the broker.
Auction day: seven bidders.
Outbid by $5k on the floor.

Most would have walked out.
