We are thrilled to share that Arbor Green – Springwood Reserve has won the Housing – Multi-unit Award at the 2026 Canterbury Architecture Awards.

The project brings seven compact homes and Springwood Reserve together as one living landscape — creating a neighbourhood where architecture, ecology and community are conceived as one.

Located within the wider Arbor Green development, the project forms part of a green corridor connecting homes, open space and community facilities while supporting biodiversity and everyday wellbeing.

Thank you to our clients, collaborators and community partners who helped bring this vision to life, and thank you to Kāhui Whaihanga NZ Institute of Architects and the jury for this recognition.
