Tasting through various batches of our estate grown Pinot Noir from the 25 vintage, 38 in total!!
Each batch is different in some way whether it be the specific clone, variations in fermentation techniques or oak treatment. Itโs a lot of extra work to effectively make almost 40 different wines but we believe itโs well worth it and gives us the best chance of producing the most balanced and complex wine possible ๐ทโค๏ธ
